This document describes visitor management in Equiem One.
First, ensure you are viewing the correct site via the header menu on the left hand side.
For users that are added to a single reception, a widget showing upcoming visitor activity will appear automatically.
Users can quickly access the reception desk view via the Access Reception button.
For users that are added to more than 1 reception, a widget summarising upcoming activity for all receptions will appear automatically.
Users can quickly access the desired reception via selecting Access against the desired reception.
Now let's take a look at the Visitor Management homepage in more detail. To navigate to the visitor management landing page select the Visitor Management menu option via the left hand menu.
This is the Visitor Management Landing Page.
"My appointments" will list all of the appointments that you have created.
"All appointments" will list all of the appointments you companies users have created.
A new appointment can be created by selecting the New Appointment button.
Once a user has been added to a reception desk as a receptionist a Reception View button becomes available and is presented to the user.
Visitor Management settings can be managed via the "Settings" button.
