Campaign Summary

Campaign Type: Giveaway Event
Campaign Objective: Drive Registrations

A great networking and registration drive opportunity for business parks and sites with outdoor space.

Members will RSVP and check in on the day to receive a free voucher for the street food event. Great in the summertime when the weather is perfect for tenants to socialise outside for an hour or so.

Guaranteed to be a favourite amongst tenants, perfect for capturing those not yet registered to the platform, and not one to be missed by a photographer!

Campaign Delivery

  1. Source a supplier to attend the street food giveaway. Depending on your space and budget, you might like to invite more than one vendor.

Decide how you would like to run your giveaway. Will members receive a voucher/token for a free lunch? Or will they receive a monetary voucher that they can redeem with a vendor on the day?

Confirm the details with the supplier(s), lock in the dates and make the relevant payments.

Tip:
If your budget allows, we also recommend hiring a photographer for this event. Community photos are perfect for sharing on the platform, and building marketing and leasing opportunities!

  1. Order signage for the event to promote the event onsite. We recommend including details on how to download the app/register/RSVP to the event on the signage so occupiers can begin this process in the queue/ahead of time.

You will also need to order either tokens or printed vouchers to hand to members as they check in which can be redeemed with the vendor.

  1. Locate the content titled ‘RSVP & check-in to redeem your complimentary lunch’ in the Content Management System. Edit and amend the details where indicated by the square brackets. Publish the content on your chosen date. We recommend publishing this content as soon as the information is confirmed to encourage early adopters to spread the word.

Note:
Make sure you have activated your launch campaign of content as a first step, otherwise you will not be able to find launch content in the CMS

  1. You will also require at least one device to check in users on the day. You can use a tablet, mobile or laptop for this, however we recommend using a tablet as this allows you to move through the queue.

Consider if you can staff this event with your onsite team or if you will need promo staff. If promo staff are required, arrange this with your provider and consider if you can use branded t-shirts from the launch event to streamline the check in and raise brand awareness on the day.

  2. Include this post in your next Newsletter and display the signage in a high footfall area once it arrives.

  1. On the morning of the event, send a Single Post Notification to remind attendees the event is happening today/encourage any last minute attendees. Set up the signage at your check in station. Use the Equiem Check-in App to check in attendees as they arrive and register any new users on the day. Give everyone who has checked in either a token or voucher depending on your redemption method.

Take lots of pictures of the event!

  1. After the event, locate the content titled ‘Thank you to everyone who attended our street food event!’ and edit the details as indicated by the square brackets.

Upload any photos you have of the event to this post and publish on your chosen date. Include this post in your next Newsletter.

  2. We recommend checking Equiem One or your reporting dashboard after the event to see how many new users were registered on the day.

Consider how popular the event was:

    • Were all the vouchers/tokens redeemed?

    • Was feedback on the day positive?

    • Did you get some good photos of the event?

If successful, consider making this a recurring event in the warmer months to continue driving registrations and delighting members.
