Navigating Requests

To access Requests, open your building platform and select Requests from the left hand menu.

You’ll be taken to the My Requests page. Navigate between the tabs to find open, completed and all requests.

Use the search bar to find a specific request or use the filters to narrow down your view.

You’ll see a summary of your requests displayed, including requests that you’re watching.

Select any of the requests to view more details including any activity added from your property team. You’ll be able to leave a public message with any additional comments if required.

Opening a Request

Click the floating question mark icon in the bottom left of your platform and select Open a Request.

If you can open requests for more than one building, you’ll be prompted to choose the building here.

Choose the level your request relates to.

Choose the space your request relates to.

Select the category your request relates to.

Add the details of your request, including uploading any files to support this such as a photo of the location of a broken lightbulb. Press Review Request.

Make any changes if required, then press Submit Request to send the request to your property team.
