Apple periodically revises the terms & conditions for their developer accounts, which will need to be reviewed and accepted by the developer account holder.

As Equiem is not the account holder, we ask our customers to log into their developer accounts to review and accept these changes. The account holder will receive an email when there are new Terms & Conditions available for review. The account holder will be the email address that was used when initially creating the developer account.

Not accepting the latest Terms & Conditions will mean that the Equiem team is unable to release your app (new apps only) or any app updates (existing apps only) so please be sure to action this quickly.

How to Review and Accept an Updated License Agreement

  1. Log into Apple’s App Store Connect using the credentials used to create your developer account.

  2. Open the Business Tab

  3. The account holder will be presented with a banner informing that the Apple Developer Program License Agreement has been updated. Click Review Agreement - this will open a pop out window.
