This feature allows you to create blockout dates for your resources, meaning they cannot be booked by users. To access this feature, simply click the Settings button, select Blockout Dates and you will be directed to the modal to create your new blockout date.
From here, select the New Blockout Date button.
Next, enter the blockout date name, start date, end date, start time, end time and the resource(s) you wish to block out. If you leave the start time and end time blank, the blockout will be for the full day.
You won't be able to create a blockout date for any resources with bookings against them for the same date/time.
Use the edit/delete icons to edit or remove a blockout date as required.
