Overview
This document outlines the steps involved in setting the Property Manager role for building management in order to have the correct level of permissions when managing and maintaining the Visitor Management module.
Setting Roles
The Property Manager role can only be allocated by another Property Manager, a user account is required before an account can be located via the steps below to allocate roles through Equiem One.
To set a role for the user in Equiem One, go to Settings > Users and click on the user you want to assign a role. You can use the search bar to locate the user if required.
Once a user has been selected, a user profile will be displayed, navigate to the Roles tab.
Click Add Role and choose “Property Manager” from the drop-down list.
A list of sites that you are eligible to be a Property Manager for is then available for selection, Select Site(s) the user requires the Property Manager role.
Once you have selected the Site(s), click Add Role.
