According to your role in Request Management, you will receive notifications when a request is created, edited and closed.

Roles to receive notifications are:

  • Request Assignee > once they get assigned a request

  • Request Manager > once a request at the building(s) they manage gets created

  • Watcher > once their name is added to the watcher list

  • Request Reporter > once they create a request

To avoid users who have multiple roles relating to a specific request receiving multiple email notifications, users should only receive one email according to the rules outlined below:
