Booking points are the purchased value and virtual currency that you can use to purchase various items from the Inventory module. You are free to use them up and buy more.
Points can be used used by company members to buy different products. Currently, you can use Booking points for short-term booking of meeting rooms.
Booking Points are configurable on the instance level - you can name them whatever you want in any language.
Get your Booking Points
To get your Booking points you can choose between two possible choices: point allowance with or without subscription.
Subscription means that the amount of Booking points you will get per month is agreed in the contract between spaceOS and you.
Without subscription scenario means that the amount of points can be configured directly for your company by System admin.
The amount of Booking points you will get every month is controlled by a setting called "company monthly allowance".
Edit your Booking points
To edit Booking points, click on the last tab of the Inventory module.
Then, click on Edit and update the following details
Name: Singular and plural name of the Booking points.
Additional information: Description of the points.
Currency conversion: The values of the various currencies in the net amount for 1 booking point and which tax value should be used.
Cover photo: Cover photo representing the items on the platform.
Gallery: Add more images to highlight your description.
