User Settings Overview

User Settings is where all users for your site can be reviewed and managed. 

Here are some of the functions you can carry out in User Settings: 

  • Search for users by name, company or email address

  • Update a user status to active, pending or deactivated

  • Check when a user last accessed your platform

  • Apply groups and view attributes for segmentation purposes 

  • Check how many users have opted in to communications

  • Carry out user troubleshooting such as password resets

Accessing the User Settings

To access the User Settings:

  1. Head to equiem.one and log in using your Equiem account.

  2. Click Settings from the toolbar on the left hand side.

  3. Select the Users Tab.
