What is an Inactive User?

Users are classed as inactive when they have not logged in, or interacted with the platform or app. Users may become inactive if they have left their business and no longer have access to their work email address, or if they no longer work in the building.

Users can be set to be automatically deactivated after 12 months of inactivity. You can also set optional automatic reminders to be sent to users after the following periods of inactivity:

  • 3 months

  • 6 months 

  • 9 months

All users will receive a reminder after they've been inactive for 12 months. If the user does not log in (become active) their account status will automatically switch to Deactivated after a couple of days.
