Using Manual Check In
Users that have RSVP’d to an event and have a mobile number saved to their profile will receive an automated SMS to check themselves into their event.Â
Users that have RSVP’d but do not have a mobile number saved to their profile will need to be manually checked in to the event.Â
To do this log in to the Check In Dashboard and click the Report icon. This will show a list of all users that have RSVP’d to an event on that day.Â

You can use the search bar filter if you have multiple events taking place on the same day, or if you want to search for a specific user in the list.
Click the Check In button for the user’s record to confirm their attendance.Â
If the User has not RSVP’d in advance to the event, and there are still spaces available you can check these users in too, but will require a bit more information.Â
Click the Menu icon and select the required event from the list.

Ask the user to enter their email address where instructed. If they already have a platform account this will RSVP and Check In this user to the event. If they don’t already have a platform account, this will prompt them to complete further details to complete their platform account registration.
Once the user has checked in, press the Next Guest button to allow the next person to check in.
