Removing Subscription Segmentation

To remove segmentation from any product type, navigate to the Catalogue page within the Store Manager and locate the Vendor that you desire to remove product segmentation from. Once located, search for your chosen product by using the search bar at the top of the My Catalogue page. Once located, navigate to the Select Audience button to load the segmentation widget.

Navigate to your chosen site by selecting the Edit Audience button. Following selecting your chosen Site, a new popup screen will appear. This popup will preview the number of users in the Audience, as well as a confirmation that the product is currently targeting specific user groups.

To remove an entire segment, click the 3 dots on the right hand side of the segment you wish to delete and press Delete. A pop-up box will ask you to confirm you would like to delete the segment.

You can also remove filters within a segment. To do this, expand the segment which contains the filter you would like to remove and press the delete icon next to the desired filter.

You will again be asked to confirm you wish to delete the filter.

Once you have deleted the desired filters or segments, click Save Audience. 

Your screen will navigate back to your product page. Under the Audience column, you will have an updated Audience filter stating All. 

Save the product once you have made the changes. The system will now automatically remove segmentation.
