How to Submit Product Feedback

1. Navigate to the Equiem Customer Support Portal

2. Click File a Support Ticket in the top right-hand corner

3. Provide a short summary of your feedback

4. Select Product Feedback from the Request Type drop-down

5. Fill in the ticket using the prompts provided. The more information and scenarios you can provide, the better!

6. Select the User Group(s) your feature is relevant for

7. Let us know how critical your request is by selecting an option from the drop-down menu.

8. Select the product your request relates to using the drop-down menu provided.

9. Add any additional information not already provided above in the box provided.

10. If you have any screenshots, recordings or other files to support your feedback, please provide them here.

11. Your email address will be pre-populated but you can update this if required.

  1. Add your company name

  2. Once you are happy, press Submit
