Approving Bookings
The manual approval feature allows Property Managers the opportunity to review bookings before approving. Property Managers will receive a notification that there is a booking request awaiting their approval. The user will receive a notification that their booking is either Pending, Approved or Declined (with a reason for the booking being declined).
To change the status of a booking awaiting approval, head to the Bookings Management screen. From here you can change the status using the menu, or you can choose to View and see more information on the booking. If you choose to decline the request, you will need to provide a reason which will be visible to the end user.
