CSV Encoding In Excel
spaceOS exports data in CSV files. It is organized, but to view it in a proper table in Microsoft Excel, you'll need to encode it first so that all symbols are displayed correctly.
To do that:
Open Microsoft Excel
Go to the Data tab
Click on the Get Data -> From Text/CSV
Choose the File Origin (Unicode UTF-8) and delimiter and click Load
To save the file as Excel Workbook with UTF-8 encoding:
Click on File and select Save As
Choose the file type Excel Workbook (*.xlsx)
Click on More Options
In the dialog box, click on the Tools dropdown menu and select Web Options
In the Web Options dialog box, select the Encoding tab and choose Unicode (UTF-8) from the dropdown menu
Click OK to close the box, and then click Save
