Knowing whether a meeting room is occupied is one of the biggest questions in the office, and it is frustrating for the occupants to be disturbed by others asking when the room is available again or peeking in to check.

The solution: with the Occupancy Display screen, you and your tenants can easily see the current occupancy status of a meeting space or private office, as well as book it using the QR code displayed right on the screen.

By checking the occupancy screen, the user can:

  • see if and when the space is free

  • book the space on the spot

  • check-in for their booking by scanning the QR code

  • see the room's availability on the timeline of the current day

     

Note: Please note that data is refreshed on a 1-minute basis and the screen will refresh accordingly
