Booking Rights

With Member Groups, you can restrict spaces or bookable products to certain users, groups, companies, or user roles.

To set up Booking rights:

• Go to the Inventory tab in the admin mode
  
  

  Open

  

• Choose the required space or a product
  
  

  Open

  

• Go to the Booking Rights part of the page
  
  

• Choose the category that can reserve it

  Tip: You can choose multiple groups or users by clicking on checkboxes

• Save changes
