Using Access Control

Access Control is the functionality that allows tenants or guests use the mobile app or key card to access the facilities.

With enabled access control, tenants can use their phones to unlock doors and gates, with no need for a separate keycard. Let's look at how to use access control via the mobile app.

Step 1

First, after installing the application and logging in, activate the access control system by clicking on Activate: Open the door button.

Step 2

Next, give the application permissions to access the mobile's Bluetooth and location in order to work with the access control system. Tap Allow button for it to work.

Note: Some systems, like Salto, might require additional information from your device due to the specifics of their inner workings.

Step 3

Wait while the application downloads and installs the Invitation Code.

Note: The download can take up to a few minutes.

Step 4

Open the door by going to the Home screen and putting the phone close to the reader.

Access control is now activated.
