Access Cards
The Access card feature in spaceOS enhances the security and convenience of our platform by allowing members to sign in for the first time using their name and number, or first name and email. This extra security measure can be applied as needed.
Despite its name, the Access card number doesn't necessarily have to correlate with a physical access card number. It can be any unique combination of numbers.
Another important point to note is that the Access card feature is not location-specific meaning numbers have to differ across the whole spaecOS platform to avoid duplicates. A pop-up message will point out any duplicate data input to you.
Please note that the Access card feature operates independently of the Access Control system that you might use. This means that this data set is not synced between both systems. The physical access card ID number or another set-up number you decide to use must be manually uploaded to the spaceOS platform.

Make sure to read the instruction on the correct CSV formats in the dialogue window, otherwise, the data would be corrupted.
