Before you start creating a Google Developer Account you must have:
A credit or debit card
Company email address - we recommend generic e.g. mobile@yourcompany.com
A phone number - we recommend a mobile phone
Company website
Name and email address to be associated with the account (this person will need to provide a form of ID to verify)
Government-issued photo ID e.g. passport or driver’s licence

If you have just created a D-U-N-S number for your organisation, this may take up to 30 days to be reflected in the D-U-N-S registry. Without the D-U-N-S number, you cannot complete the process of creating a Google developer account.
Setting up a Google Account for your Company
Visit Gmail's website (gmail.com) and click on "Create account".
Select "For work or my business."
Follow the prompts, entering your company's name for the "First" and "Last" fields. This will serve as your email username (example: 'companyname@gmail.com')
Complete the rest of the form with the requested details, including the creation of a strong password.
Verify your Account: Google might require you to verify your account using a mobile phone number to ensure the account's security. An ID, passport, or driving license is also required to verify a Google account.
