How to submit a Feature Request

1. Navigate to the Equiem Customer Portal

2. Click "Equiem Customer Support

 

 

3. Click Suggest a new feature or improvement

4. Click the "Which building are you contacting us about?*" field and add the building

5. Choose which product you'd like to submit a feature request for

 

6. Select the Feature or Module you'd like to submit a Feature Request for

 

7. Fill in the summary field with a meaningful idea for what your Feature Request is

8. Describe what you are trying to achieve with this feature request. The more information and scenarios you can provide the better we can help you.

9. Choose to either share with someone else such as another customer or submit it directly

10. Update the ticket with additional information if necessary or if you have additional scenarios or ideas.

 

11. Click "Save" to submit your update
