Approving New Users

If you have received an email to approve a new user:

Open the email and click the button to Review their account to open the user's profile.

In the Status drop-down menu, change the status from Pending approval to Active.

Click Save.

Approving users directly from the User Settings.

You can also approve a user directly through the User Settings, which may be useful when you want to approve multiple users at the same time.

Head to Settings > Users.

You will see four tabs, select the Pending tab.

Tick the checkboxes next to the users you would like to update, or select the top checkbox to select all users on that page. Click Edit Status.

Select Activate users.
