Editing a Company

Once a company has been created, there are limited values that will be able to be edited. These include Attributes,  new Email Domains and the Building or Level that is assigned to the company. 

If you require editing of greyed out areas assigned to a company, please contact raise a support ticket.

To edit a company, navigate to the Companies page, and search for your desired company in the Search bar. Click the 3 dots and Edit.

Make the required changes and click Save Changes once complete.

To delete a company, click the 3 dots next to your desired company and select Remove. Confirm the removal in the pop-up.

This will delete the company and the users for your site only.
