Accessing the Content Management System

If you do not yet have login access for the Content Management System or require permissions for another site please notify us by raising a support ticket.
The best browser to use with Equiem One and the Content Management System is Chrome. Using other browsers can affect how the Content Management System and the platform function.

Accessing the Content Management System
To access our Content Management System:
Head to equiem.one and log in using your Equiem account
Click the Content Management link from the toolbar on the left hand side
This will open Iris, our Content Management System
You will automatically be logged in to the client that your account is connected to, and all sites for the client sit together in one account, but permissions are assigned on a site by site basis.
If you have access to multiple clients you can switch these in the top right corner. Click your profile icon, click the region and then select the client name from the list available to you.
Accessing the Content Template Library
If you have access to a Content Template Library as part of your package with us, you can view the library by following these steps:
Open the Content Management System
Click your profile icon in the top right-hand corner
Select your region’s content template library (this will either be The Hub Library (UK) or Activated Library (AU/US)
You will now be able to view all available content templates and copy any you would like to use to your library.
