Removing Communication Segmentation

To remove segmentation from a communication draft, navigate to the relevant Communications page (e.g Newsletter, SMS, Push Notification etc) within the Content Management System and locate the draft communication that you desire to remove segmentation. Once located, once again navigate to the Audience button to load the segmentation widget.

Once selected, a new popup screen will appear. This popup will preview the number of users in the Audience, as well as a confirmation that the newsletter is currently targeting specific user groups.

To remove an entire segment, click the 3 dots on the right hand side of the segment you wish to delete and press Delete. A pop-up box will ask you to confirm you would like to delete the segment.

You can also remove filters within a segment. To do this, expand the segment which contains the filter you would like to remove and press the delete icon next to the desired filter.

You will again be asked to confirm you wish to delete the filter.

Once you have deleted the desired filters or segments, click Save Audience.

Your screen will navigate back to the newsletter draft. Under the Audience button, you will have an updated Audience filter stating All. The system will now automatically remove newsletter segmentation.
