Providing Additional Information
Some products will require the vendor to provide additional information, for example, the allocated Parking Bay number, or locker pin code. You can tell the customer that you will provide them with additional information after purchase when creating or editing products.
Open the Store Manager, then click Catalogue on the left-hand side menu.
Site Managers, you will need to select the appropriate Vendor from the list provided. Vendors, skip straight to the next step.
Either follow the steps to create a new product, or click on a product in your catalogue to edit it.
Check the button to Provide User with additional information. Tell the user what type of information you will provide them with after purchase and click Add.
