Troubleshooting
Why might a user not be able to raise a request?
Queue and Space owner companies need to match in order for requests to be raised against relevant spaces
If a Request Manager is assigned to a Queue that is owned by Company A, they will not be able to raise requests for Spaces owned by Company B
Spaces can be visible to all end users with a company assigned to a building, all users at a site, or a select group of users. Ensure that the user trying to raise a request for a specific space is in the correct audience to view that space
Companies can configure their settings to only allow select users in their organisation to raise requests. In this case, users would need the Request Reporter role assigned to them in order to raise a request for their available Spaces.
If the user is using Equiem One or Essentials, they will need to select the floating ? bubble to raise a request. Only Request Managers will see the + New Request button.
Why might a user not be able to raise a request for a specific category?
Check that the category has been assigned to the building where the user has permission to raise requests. If you need to add an additional building, you can do so by editing the category and selecting the relevant buildings from the drop-down list provided.
