Adding a Watcher

The Request Manager can add registered users to the “Watcher” list of a request.

Only Request Managers can add watchers.

The Watchers field: displays all the registered users at the site. The Request Manager should select the relevant ones to follow the request. If the Request Manager adds watchers, the watchers will receive a notification and they will be able to remove themselves from the Watcher list if they are not interested in the request.

It’s easy to search users by name

Watcher Email Notifications

Once a watcher has been added, they will be notified by email. They will also receive notifications when the request is edited and closed unless they choose to “Unwatch” the request.

Viewing a Request as a Watcher

They will also see the request in the “Watching” filter tab.

Unwatching a Request

They will be able to “Unwatch” the request if they choose to by clicking on the “Unwatch” button next to the Watchers field.
