Giving Companies access to book the Loading Bay

  1. Log into the Loading Bay management system.

  2. In the top menu, go to Admin

  1. Under the General section, click Manage Properties & Occupiers

  1. Click the Pencil icon next to the property you want to manage

  2. Click the Occupiers button, this will open a list of existing companies.

For Occupiers/Retail Occupiers

  1. Click the pencil icon next to the occupier you wish to manage

  2. Click the Resources button and select the loading bay

For Contractors/Associated Companies

  1. Click the pencil icon next to the associated company you wish to manage.

  2. Click the resources tab and tick the loading bay on.

  1. Press Save to confirm any changes
