Checking vehicles in & out of the Loading Bay

All approved bookings for the current day will be displayed in the Vehicle Check In Screen. The vehicle check in screen enables the loading bay or security team to check in and check out vehicles.

  1. Log in to the Loading Bay management system.

  2. You will be taken to the front navigation screen. Select Loading Bay from the menu item at the top.

  1. Click Check in Vehicles - this will take you to all approved bookings.

  1. Click the Check In button on the appropriate booking and complete any further details as necessary. 

  1. Click the Check Out button when delivery is complete.
