Managing Member Invitation Requests
Overview
SpaceOS uses the functionality for creating a survey for multiple members of the company and adding these members to the company created in the SpaceOS dashboard with the exported CSV file. This solution is much faster than manually entering user data into the system.
Creating a Form
Form (Survey) has to be created by the CSM. Ask the CSM to create, publish and link the form to your main page. Once it is done, end users can ask for an invitation and the person responsible for sending invitations (e.g. the receptionist) will receive emails when they fill in the form.
The CSM creates the form that includes relevant questions that gather the necessary information for verification and approval of the invitation request. Sample questions may pertain to contact details, the reason for wanting to join the organization, etc.
Form offers enhanced security measures as users are required to request an account creation, which is then managed by the receptionist. Alternatively, if global admins are comfortable, they can ask to create magic link for end users to create an account on their own.
The Use of the Form
Once the form is published and linked to the main page of the instance, the receptionist can receive invitations.
If a member has not been invited by Global Admin or Company Admin, they can request an invitation by clicking Request Invite.
