API’s / SDK’s of hardware to be integrated	Before Signing Contract	Hardware integrations need to be fully scoped and resources assigned to develop the integration if it is not already on our list of supported integrations.
Introduction to hardware suppliers	Within two weeks of contract signing	The hardware suppliers need to provide support for new integrations. Testing, Hardware kit, and other items need to be delivered. A technical contact on the hardware supplier side must be established. 3 -way communication channel between the 3 parties to discuss project updates / issues / escalations openly.
Hardware supplier management	Ad-hoc	It may be necessary for you to become involved with negotiations between your vendor and spaceOS in the event of issues or non compliance. The vendor relationship is with you.
User workflow requirements	Ad-hoc	Use cases for all access control, elevators, parking and other integrated hardware in order to define what is already feasible, needs to be prioritised, nice to have.
Onsite Help with Testing	Ad-hoc	Your team will need to test access control before launching it to all end users
