What to prepare for spaceOS
First Step: Platform Setup
Before our team can start integrating spaceOS with your business, we'll need some basic information from you.
In this table, you'll see what we will need as soon as the contract's signed.
Deliverable | Why do we need it |
Name of the app | Your app will be part of your brand. If you have chosen to have a branded app then we need to know what to call it in the app store. |
URL of the app | This is how your app will be uniquely identified (like your company website). This will typically be called something like companyX.spaceos.io  |
Brandbook | When we set up your app we will customise it with your logo, fonts, and colours. If this is not provided then we will provide the generic setup. |
Languages | We currently provide the app in 10 different languages. You can choose two languages, one primary and one secondary language. |
Currency | If you are using plans and invoices then it’s important that we know which currency to set up your platform in. |
Modules | During your sales conversations, your sales rep will have made you aware of the different features we offer on our platform. They will be written into your order form. Please confirm them with spaceOS at this time. You may wish to only launch with a subset of features. |
spaceOS will deliver your platform to you within two weeks of having all the Platform Setup materials. Note: If your Go Live is not due for delivery within 3 months the platform setup may be delayed.Â
Second Step: Team Identification
Identifying who is responsible for your spaceOS app and keeping this living ecosystem alive will be imperative for your success.
