Managing Your Orders

Update your customers on the status of their order, track your order history with a simple tap and see all order details in on place. 

Managing Incoming Orders

Incoming Orders: This is where you manage all orders.  

  1. Orders can be viewed in the following tabs: 

    1. All 

    2. New Orders

      1. This is where new orders arrive. You can choose to accept or reject a new order. 

    3. In Preparation

      1. After you have accepted the order it will move to in preparation. 

    4. Ready to Pickup

      1. To inform customers that the order is ready for collection change the status to Ready to pickup. 

    5. Once a customer has collected their order you can mark it as complete and it will show in "Order History".

  2. On the left hand sidebar you can see a list of all orders by time and date: 

  3. Tapping any order will show the following details: 

    1. Product Price

    2. Amount

    3. Toppings

    4. Customer who ordered

    5. Customer profile picture

    6. Additional Notes

New orders awaiting action will show with a little red icon with the number of orders that are waiting. 

Order History

Use the Order History tab to view all previous orders.

  • You can see all details of orders made in your restaurant / shop: 

    • Product Price

    • Amount

    • Toppings

    • Customer who ordered

    • Customer profile picture

    • Additional Notes

  • You can search and filter orders by: 

    • Customer

    • Date Range

    • Status

  • Export Orders

    • Select the orders you would like to export. 

      • Using the check box select the specific orders you would like to export. 

      • To select all orders click on the check box at the top right hand corner. 

      • Click 'Export csv'.

Additional Waiting Time

During busy hours you can set an additional waiting time to inform your customers of any delays. 

  • Tap [Set Additional Waiting Time]

  • You can set additional waiting time of up to 120 extra minutes. 

  • The users will see the additional waiting time when they enter your Marketplace menu in the app.

Order Statistics

Keeping track of your clients preferences, order history and knowing which are the most frequently ordered items from your menu is key to the success of your business. With our statistics widget you will get a clear overview of your customers behaviour.
