Order Management Overview

So you've set up your products in the Store Manager, and your customers have started placing orders - now you need to know how to manage those orders. 

All orders will be displayed on the Orders page of the Store Manager, this page will be your default, or you can use the button in the left-hand menu to access this page.

At the top of this page you can see the number of orders in each dashboard, you can navigate between these dashboards to see the orders under each section:

  • Current orders - are new or accepted orders, that your team are working on

  • New orders - are orders that have not yet been accepted by your team

  • In Progress orders - are orders that your team have accepted but have not yet completed

  • Done orders - are orders that have been completed by your team

You can also search for particular orders by the reference number or customer name, or filter by the delivery method e.g. collection or delivery.

Below this you can see cards, which contain your order details, these can be clicked on to expand them out for more information. Cards with a green banner are Accepted but not Complete, cards with an orange banner are not yet Accepted and cards with a blue banner are Complete. Cards with a red banner are Rejected orders and a black banner shows Cancelled orders.

On your orders you will see a circular count down around the due date and time, relating to the turnaround time for your product. As your due date gets closer, the circle counts round clockwise, and once the due date and time is past the circle will turn red.
