White Labelling

At spaceOS we offer three levels of White Labelling for your app.

Internal White Labelling

We can white label your app after people login by using your

This is provided by default by spaceOS and is part of the setup for your app.

This means you will use the standard spaceOS app and your URL will be <yourname>.spaceos.io

As well as the internal white labelling that we provide we can also white label your mobile app.

This means that when your members search for the app in the App or Play store they will be looking for the name of your app.

You will need to purchase developer accounts with

And then provide access to the spaceOS tech team to upload the code.

Under no circumstances can spaceOS purchase and setup these accounts for customers.

Apple and Google rules do not allow us to run these accounts for customers.

Note: It is the customer's responsibility to accept the updated terms and conditions on both stores regularly.

If these are not updated then latest releases cannot be deployed and your app will not be on the latest version.

All customers receive a spaceOS domain by default which will look like this: <yourname>.spaceos.io

However some customers prefer to have their own domain such as: buildingapp.yourname.com

For this type of domain your IT team will need to purchase the domain and provide us with the details <Link here to Joanna's how to do this doc>

Please note that there is a monthly fee associated with this due to the extra maintenance work that needs to be done to keep the domain updated.
