Updating Vendor and Product Turnaround Times

Introduction

  • This guide details the process for updating the turnaround times of products in the Equiem Store Manager. The turnaround time set will apply to all new products unless overridden at the product level.

Steps to Update Turnaround Times

  1. Accessing Store Manager Settings

    • Navigate to the Store Manager.

    • Click on the gear icon on the left-hand side menu.

    • Select 'Vendor Settings'.

  2. Modifying Operational Details

    • Within Vendor Settings, scroll down to 'Operational Details'.

    • Here, you can update the general turnaround time for products.

  3. Setting Turnaround Time

    • Choose the turnaround time in either minutes, hours, or days.

    • Adjust the time using the provided arrows to increase or decrease the values.

  4. Saving the Changes

    • Once the desired turnaround time is set, scroll up and click 'Save'.

    • A confirmation message will appear, confirming the update. Click 'Dismiss' to close the notification.

Assigning Different Turnaround Times to Specific Products

  1. Selecting a Product

    • To assign a different turnaround time to a particular product, navigate to 'Catalogue'.

    • Select the specific product you wish to update.

  2. Customizing Turnaround Time

    • Scroll down to the option 'Add different turnaround time'.

    • Choose the new turnaround time in minutes, hours, or days.

    • Adjust the time using the arrows or by typing in the number.

  3. Finalizing the Update

    • Click 'Save' to apply the new turnaround time to the product.

    • A notification will confirm the update. Click 'Dismiss' to complete the process.
