Delivery Methods Overview

Delivery methods allow a site to support multiple delivery types for a vendor. Some examples of these are as follows:
Click & Collect (user collects directly from the vendor)
Bring it to me (order is delivered directly to the user's desk. Desk delivery must be available at the site with staff to support this)
Digital Delivery (order is confirmed digitally via email and no drop-off or collection is required)
Dry Cleaning Delivery (subject to the building, however, orders may be delivered to a dry cleaning drop off location or similar)
Site Managers are able to add new delivery methods to a building. They are also able to delete existing ones.
Take extreme caution when deleting delivery methods. If they are already assigned to a vendor, these accounts will lose that delivery method and will need to select a replacement. Vendors are notified via email when a new delivery method is added to a site and when an existing one is deleted.
Vendors who are transacting require a delivery method for their store to go live.
