Selecting Delivery Options

Introduction

This guide is intended for vendors using Equiem's Store Manager to manage their delivery options. It is crucial to set up appropriate delivery methods to ensure a smooth transaction process for your customers.

Steps for Selecting Delivery Options

1. Accessing Delivery Settings in the Store Manager

   • Log in to the Equiem Store Manager.

   • Click on the gear icon in the left-hand side menu.

     Open

     

   • Select 'Vendor Settings'.

     Open

     

2. Navigating to Delivery Methods

   • In Vendor Settings, scroll down to find 'Delivery methods'.D

3. Available Sites

   • The sites where your store is live will be displayed.

   • If your store is on multiple sites, you'll need to assign delivery methods to each site individually.

4. Expanding Delivery Options

   • Click the expand button to open the delivery options section.

5. Selecting Delivery Methods

   • Delivery methods are set by the Store Manager, and you may see one or multiple options available.

   • Note: Delivery methods apply to your entire store, not individual products.

6. Customizing Delivery Instructions

   • For each delivery method, you can write in custom instructions for your customers.

   • The Description and Instructions information is pre-set and is for your information only.

7. Finalizing Your Selection

   • Type in your custom instructions where applicable.

   • Select or deselect more delivery methods as needed.

   • Scroll up and click 'Save' to finalize your settings.
