Introduction

This page provides a straightforward guide for vendors on how to open or close their store in the Equiem Store Manager. This feature is particularly useful during holidays, busy periods, or when you are unable to trade.

Accessing Store Settings

  1. Log in to the Store Manager: Start by signing into your Equiem Store Manager account.

  2. Navigate to Vendor Settings: From the main menu, select 'Vendor Settings'.

Opening/Closing Your Store

  1. Find Operational Details: In 'Vendor Settings', locate the 'Operational Details' section.

  2. Set Store Status:

    • To open your store, click on 'Live'. This makes your store visible on the platform.

    • To close your store, select 'Hidden'. Use this option when you are not trading, like during holidays or busy periods.

Saving and Confirming Changes

  1. Save Changes: After selecting the desired status, scroll up and click the 'Save' button.

  2. Acknowledgement: A notification will pop up indicating that your settings have been updated. Click 'Dismiss' to close it.
