Assigning User Roles

Overview

Equiem One operates on a role-based interface. This means that for a user to access the interface and see features and widgets relevant to their role, they must first be assigned a specific role at a particular site.

Only Property Managers and Equiem Administrators can assign Equiem One Roles

Assigning a Role

To assign a Role to a user:

  1. Login to Equiem One and click Settings. The page will show you the user list for your selected site.

  2. Use the search bar to locate the user who’s Role you want to update. Open their profile by selecting their name.

  3. In their profile, navigate to the Roles tab. If you have access to more than one site, select the required site using the drop down list.

    Then, use the check boxes to select the relevant roles for this user.


  4. Press Save Changes
