What is the Workplace Manager Role?

Overview
As a Property Manager, you can assign key contacts within your building the Workplace Manager Role, giving them access to additional features in Equiem One.
The Workplace Manager Role is a fantastic way to provide Key Tenant Contacts with additional value from the platform and enhance the building experience for them, their employees and the wider building.
The Workplace Manager role doesn't have to be exclusively for your designated Key Tenant Contacts either, it may be that you have an office manager, receptionist or HR manager within a company that is better suited to using Equiem One.
You can even assign your retailers the Workplace Manager Role, giving them access to suggest their own news and events content for the platform.
What can Workplace Managers do in Equiem One?
Workplace Managers can:
See insights on their company’s engagement on the building platform e.g what content is most popular, how many employees have RSVP'd to an upcoming event
Self-invite employees at their company to register to the building platform in one click, pre-assigning them any Groups or Roles if required
Self-publish News, Building Information and Event posts to the employees of their company who have registered to the building platform. These articles will be segmented to their company only.
Suggest News, Building Information and Event posts to the building community. These posts will be moderated by the Property Manager(s) before being published to everyone.
Manage user and company settings, for example, deactivating users from the building platform when they have left their company.
Next Steps
To get your occupiers started, you’ll need to assign them the Workplace Manager Role in their user profile. We then recommend sharing our Workplace Manager Resources with your contacts to introduce them to the functionality.
Workplace Managers will be able to log in to Equiem One using their platform credentials.
