How to use Equiem Templates

Your Equiem point of contact may provide links to Templates in the Content Management System for you, but you may also be able to view these yourself in your region's template library, depending on the Engage package you have with us. Templates exist for everything from event posts to online engagement activities such as competitions and quizzes, editorial articles, and building info posts. Ask your Equiem point of contact if there is something in particular that you need.

You may need to copy the template from the template library to your Content Management System account.

When you have the template, update any parts of the post as instructed either in capitals and/or square brackets e.g. [DATE] or [SITE NAME]. Don’t forget to update the publish date! If it’s an event post, ensure the following is updated:

  • Date and time

  • Address and event location

  • RSVP ticked on with an email address for RSVPs to be sent to (if required), and check in ticked on (if required)

If you do not have access to the content template library, it may not be included in your Equiem package, please speak to your Customer Success Manager to discuss the options available to you.

Watch our video guide below to see how to copy content from a content template library:

Note: the below video references The Hub Library (UK), however, the same steps apply for the Activated Libraries (US/APAC).
