Overview of Request Reporting
We are pleased to announce the release of our Request Management dashboard within the Equiem Reporting App.
The new tab in the reporting app enables Property Managers to gain additional aggregated information about the Request Managements system use within a site.
Number of Requests - The total count of reported requests within the chosen time period.
Total Requests Updates - A cumulative count of changes made to request assignees and statuses during the specified duration.
Total Number of Requests Closed - The total number of requests with the status “Completed” over the period selected.
Average Request Response Time (Hours) - The average duration between the creation of a request and the moment its status changes for the first time, typically indicating initial processing or acknowledgment.
Average Close Time (Days) - The average duration from the creation of a request to the point at which its status transitions to "completed" signifying the conclusion of the request process.
Number of Requests by Tenant - The total count of reported requests within the chosen time period broken down by Tenants.
Number of Requests by Category - The total count of reported requests within the chosen time period broken down by Request Categories.
Number Requests by Status - The total count of reported requests within the chosen time period broken down by Status.
Requests Created vs Requests Updated (Weekly Comparison) - The total number of Request Created compared with the total number of Request updates over a weekly periods.
