Content Use Cases & Examples

As we build your platform, we recommend you begin thinking about enhancing your users' experience by adding news and events, and configuring your platform's structure.

We’ve shared some examples of content you might like to include on your platform and use cases for custom content feeds and subpages.

Platform Structure Configuration

  1. Homepage:

    • Choose elements to display on the website, such as featured news, trending topics, regular articles and upcoming events.

    • Consider any custom homepage feeds you would like to include such as Deals & Offers, Around Here or My Home

  2. Subpage Management:

    • Decide which subpages to enable (e.g., Building Information, FAQ, Sustainability, Community, Wellness).

    • See an example of subpages here.

  3. Quicklinks:

    • Decide what Quicklinks you want to place at the top of your home page. Links may lead to other parts of the platform or to external pages or services.

Adding News, Events & Building Information

  1. General News: Share updates and announcements relevant to all users.

  2. Specific News & Events: Provide targeted news for specific buildings, user types or roles.

    • Sustainability information for specific buildings on a campus

    • Tenant Meeting information for Workplace Managers

    • Visitor information for the Visitor user type

  3. Occupier Handbook articles:

    • Create a comprehensive guide for building occupants.

    • Add policies regarding access control, visitor management, fire safety regulations, etc.

Content Management Features

  • Regular content: available to users on the platform in read mode.

  • Downloadable Content: Upload files and documents that users can download.

  • Shareable Content: Enable sharing options for articles so they can be shared with occupiers not yet registered to the platform
