Rejecting a Permit Application

To reject a permit application, follow the below steps:

  1. Select Reject from the Actions

  2. Add in text to advise the reason for rejection and if required, select any High-Risk templates they may have forgotten to include; click OK

  3. The applicant will receive an email notification and can then log in and correct the information supplied and then re-submit the application. You will receive another email notification and the permit will be showing with a status ‘Resubmitted’ and can be authorised in the normal way.
