Only Workplace Managers can purchase additional credits for their membership

Overview

Flex Managers can determine if Workplace Managers can purchase additional credits through Equiem One. If this has been configured, Workplace Managers can purchase credits that can be used in addition to their recurring monthly credits.

Any unused additional credits that have been purchased in this way, will be rolled over to the following month.

Purchasing Additional Credits

  1. Open Equiem One

  2. Select Credits from the left-hand menu

  3. From the Credits Dashboard, select the + Purchase Credits button from the top right hand corner

  4. Select the additional credits package from the options provided, then select go to checkout

     

  5. Confirm your purchase by selecting the request [number] purchases button in the bottom right hand corner. To cancel your purchase, press back.

  6. The additional credits will be added immediately, and you will be billed accordingly.
