Editing Company Credits

Once credits have been added to a company, you will only be able to edit who can use the credits.
If you need to edit the amount of monthly credits a company receives, please raise a support ticket.
To edit who can use credits:
Open Equiem One and select Credits from the left-hand menu
Click Settings in the top right hand corner
Navigate to the Companies' Credits tab
Select the company you wish to edit from the table provided
The edit window will be displayed on the right hand side. Change the selector for who can use company credits, as required.
If you are switching to a select group of users, you will need to select the relevant group(s) from the drop-down menu. If the group you require doesn’t exist, you will need to create this in the Site Settings. Please refer to our guide on adding groups here.Once complete, select Save Changes.
