Adjusting Credits Balance

In addition to the recurring credits allocated to a Membership each month, a Flex Manager can decide to allocate additional credits to a membership.

To allocate additional credits:

1. Log into Equiem One

2. Select Credits from the left-hand menu
   
   

   Open

   

3. Select the Adjust Credits Balance button from the top right hand corner
   
   

   Open

   

    

4. Select the membership you would like to provide additional credits to from the drop-down list provided

5. Input the number of credits you would like to allocate

6. Press Add

   Open

   

7. The change will be effective immediately and you’ll be able to view the activity in the Credits Activity widget at the bottom of the Credits Homepage.
