Enabling Invite Visitors to Bookings

Overview

You can configure bookable resources to allow users to invite a visitor as part of the same user journey. This can be configured on a resource-by-resource basis and is only applicable for those with the Equiem Visitor Management System.

Enabling Invite Visitors to Bookings

1. Open Equiem One

2. Select Bookings from the left hand menu

3. Navigate to the Resources Catalogue and locate the desired resource. You can also complete the same steps as part of a new resource creation.

4. Navigate to the Permissions section
   
   

   Open

   

5. Tick the Invite visitors to bookings box
   
   

   Open

   

6. Press Save & Publish to confirm

Users will now see the option to add visitors when booking this resource.
